Get moving before the big feast! Join us for our Treadmill Turkey Trot! Runners and walkers will have 45 minutes to complete 3.1 miles in this fun pre-Thanksgiving challenge. All participants will receive a crewneck sweatshirt, and refreshments will be served after the run. The finisher in each time slot will win a 6-month complimentary membership to 4500 Fitness. The 2nd and 3rd place finishers will also receive fun prizes! Registration ends Nov. 4. Please note that refunds will not be able to be given past this date.
