Q&A with Michael

1. What inspired you to become a group fitness instructor?

Group fitness is fun, it's an engaging way to bring a group of total strangers together and create a supportive environment for everyone to work on their goals. Being a part of that and being able to see my clients progress on their journeys is what inspires me to be a group fitness instructor.

2. What is the most rewarding part of being a group fitness instructor?

Getting to know my members on a deeper level. Understanding who they are, their reasons for coming to class and what they do outside the gym, it's a great way to connect with them and keep them coming back!

3. What's your top tip for someone new to group exercise classes?

"You don't have to be great to get started, but you do have to get started to be great." Basically just show up and put your best foot forward, don't be afraid to look silly or try something new, that's part of the fun!

4. What is your favorite healthy snack?

Vanilla Greek yogurt, handful of blueberries, walnuts and just a dash of whipped cream.

5. If you could workout with any celebrity, who would it be?

The GOAT of lifting himself, Ronnie Coleman. Light Weight baby!

6. What is your favorite way to relax after a long day?

Listening to music, preferably live music somewhere local with a cold drink and good friends.
