New strength equipment recently installed

During the 2023 annual maintenance closure, new strength equipment was installed including selectorized circuit machines, dumbbells, benches, plates, racks and more.

In addition, the following improvements were made to 4500 Fitness:

• New, larger TV screens were installed on the fitness floor.
• The group exercise studio flooring was refinished.
• The entire facility including equipment was deep cleaned.
• The parking lot was sealcoated.
